Can I place orders?
Our online store remains open for placing orders, but we will not dispatch them until the current lockdown is lifted. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@artestastore.com. We are available to help and committed to responding to all enquiries within 24 hours.
I've already placed an order — when will I receive it?
Please note that all orders are being handled in compliance with safety measures: our team uses masks and gloves.
We're working hard to process orders as quickly as possible and expect minimal delays. We are also contacting everyone who purchased in the last week. If you have an order pending delivery, we will inform you about the safest, most convenient and quickest way to resolve it.
Can I make a return?
For safety reasons we are currently unable to arrange collections. We will extend the return period by an additional 20 days. You will be able to exercise your right to return once the confinement period has ended.
